as well as showcasing how enjoyable reading for pleasure can be and capitalising on their interest in Rugby League. Publications include a bi-annual magazine, home readers, and a collection of short stories.

Footy Fables

“Footy Fables” are humorous short stories based around National Rugby League themes. This dynamic book is ideal for literacy sessions, or a quiet read. Containing 16 ripping short stories – one for each NRL club – with references to current NRL players, teams, events and concepts, ensures readers will be able to relate to the characters and settings.
